How much are the movie tickets?
iWERKS 2D movies tickets are priced at $7 on weekdays and $10 on weekends, public holidays and school term holidays. Subjected to changes without prior notice.

Do you always have a 2D and 3D movies screening at the same time?
The type of movies format will be dependable on the films.

Can I bring food and drinks into the theatres?
Food and drinks are allowed. However, guests must wear their masks at all times when they are not consuming any food and drink.

How can I make a group booking?

I am a Singapore Discovery Centre member, why am I not entitled to further discount if I were to purchase additional iWERKS tickets?
For additional tickets, we are unable to offer further discounts due to our low-ticket cost.

Do you have any facilities for the physically impaired and baby stroller?
We have wheelchair and accessible seating. Baby strollers will need to be parked in designated areas.

How many days in advance can I book my tickets?
Booking of tickets can be done if the movie title and showtime are reflected on our website.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Child aged 3 and above would need to purchase a ticket. For child under the age of 3, it is advisable to purchase a ticket for the comfort and experience.

Is there any refund policy?
Ticket purchase are non-refundable.

I may have lost my items inside iWERKS Theatre, how do I report for lost?
Please approach our Ticketing Counter for assistance.

What are some of the safety measures that will be in place and how will this affect the visitor’s experience?
• Visitors would have check in using Trace Together App.
• Temperature will be taken at the entrance. Visitors with temperature above 37.5 will not be allowed to enter.
• Visitor will also have to adhere to safe distancing measures of 1m between groups not exceeding more than 2 people per group.
• Wearing of mask is mandatory except during eating or drinking.
